    How does the challenge work?

    What is included?

    • Pilates based on demand video or movement snack each day

    • 20+ pilates based on demand videos for you to keep

    • Support and guidance from myself throughout the challenge if needed

    What you will need

    • Long resistance band and a pilates ball from week two, a cushion, and optional small hand weights

    • Space to move and your exercise mat
