I come from a dance background and trained as a professional dancer at Central School of Ballet. I graduated in 1997 and went on to dance professionally in both the UK and Denmark. I found pilates in my early 20's and started practising it regularly to help maintain strength, flexibility and posture, and i also used it as part of a rehab program.
In 2005, i qualified in both Massage and Reflexology and successfully went on to treat clients in clinics, working alongside Physiotherapists and Osteopaths, and in clients homes. I see people from all walks of life, young and old, athletes to desk workers, mama’s to be to new mama’s, helping them to relax and ease muscular aches and pains by using a variety of techniques and stretches.

During my pregnancy and after the birth of my son, i really enjoyed the benefits of pilates and how it made me feel. It felt amazing to take an hour each week just for myself where i could work at strengthening and bring back balance to my body. Through years of attending pilates classes and loving the way it makes me feel, i then took the plunge to study pilates and become an instructor.
I then went on to train in the STOTT’s Pilates method here in London where i gained my matwork qualification. My aim is to help others to relieve muscular tension, aches and pains, and aid in relaxation through massage therapy and stretches, whilst gaining strength, mobility, improving posture etc through pilates based exercise. This is how my MOVE BETTER FEEL BETTER PILATES PROGRAM came about.

As a mum to a little boy, i have a keen interest in supporting other mums through their pregnancy’s and beyond, and i have gained a lovely reputation in my local area for my caring, calming and positive attitude. Through having a difficult birth and the aftermath that pursued, my passion is to really help other women at any time in their postnatal journey to heal, move with ease, feel great about themselves through my combination of pilates, stretching and massage.
“Pilates is amazing and i love the way it makes me feel after a class! I feel relaxed, stronger and leaner, plus it helps me to bring awareness to my pelvic floor and deep support muscles through the day, which i need to personally work hard at after the birth of my son."
