These pilates and movement classes are geared towards those at a more intermediate level within their pilates practise, where we fuse together both contemporary and classical pilates exercises within each class. These classes were recorded from my live online classes, so take advantage and purchase this pack of ten 55 minutes pilates classes so you can continue at home in your own time. Each class is different, and no small equipment is needed, just a cushion for support if needed. These are classes are the perfect way to blend pilates into your week at a time that is suitable to you. These classes will work well if you are currently attending other fitness classes, yoga, running or cycling, and you would love to add pilates in aswell. If you have any injuires, health conditions, pregnant or new postnatal, these videos might be contraindicated for you.
