We start with the foundations first, alongside the basic principles of pilates where we focus on strengthening the core muscles through movement. We look at breathing, pelvic floor and tva (corset muscles) first, adding in movement, then once mastered and once you are feeling stronger, head to the Level Up session where you will then challenge your core muscles further by adding load and resistance to the exercises.

Couple your Core Restore workouts with Stretch and Mobilse. In order to strengthen the body, we also need to release and mobilise tight and stiff areas too.
