A selection of express videos lasting between 8-30 minutes long. Perfect for one you are short on time or if you are after a body specific workout. Mix and match the video's to make a longer workout or repeat the video again for an extra challenge.
Upper Body Pilates Workout
We strengthen our core muscles as well as the back, shoulders and arms whilst gaining mobility in the spine. Perfect for improving your posture! This is all levels once you have mastered the basics of Pilates. You can do the video without weights if you choose so you can focus on stability and alignment - suggested to those recently starting Pilates.
Pilates Abs Circuit
A no equipment circuit style workout with a focus on strengthening your core muscles. We use some of the classical pilates abdominal series in this workout. This Pilates video is aimed at those at an improver to intermediate level. Please listen to your body. Take a break if you need to and modify with your head and shoulders down if needed.
Leg Pull Front Bonanza
We focus on our leg pull front prep exercise in this mini workout, challenging your core muscles, shoulders and arms as well as testing balance and stability. A great all total body all rounder with no equipment needed. Mixed level workout but aimed at those at an improver level or those at a beginner level who wants to push their practise.
16 Min Core Workout
Equipement free core workout for all levels. Tight shoulders- toe taps on your back instead of on your forearms and omit leg pull and tricep exercise or make the movement smaller if it is un comfortable for the shoulders - you should feel a good stretch at the front of your shoulders/upper arms.
20 min Core Workout
Core Workout for all levels. We use the small ball both under the hips and under the upper back to challenge your abs as well as your balance. *You may need a cushion under your head in the ab prep exercise *Suitable for beginners and those who are postnatal (not DR suitable) who have a strong understanding and ability for the basics and who would like more of a challenge.
Pilates flow- waking up the spine
Here is an 18 minute pilates flow to get your spine moving and to mobilise the body. Perfect to do in the morning or before bed.
