Level Up Pilates 21 mins -45 mins

Perfect for when you have a little more time on your hands. You will find workouts ranging from 20 mins to 40 mins for those at an improver to intermediate level as well as some beginners level workouts for the days when you would like to go back to the basics.

You will find equipment free workouts as well as workouts that use small equipment such as the pilates ball, hand weights, pilates ring and both the long and loop resistance bands.

I agree that I am voluntarily participating in this virtual training. I agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries which I might incur as a result of participating in these sessions. I will monitor my own safety and fitness level as per my agreement upon signing up for my membership.
