Level Up Pilates 7 mins - 20 mins

Perfect for when you are short on time. 

Level Up Pilates workouts are for those you have completed my 6 week course for beginners or for those who have experience of Pilates who are at an improvers to intermediate level.

You will find short workouts under 20 minutes long so you can schedule in a quick workout on the days when you have little time. Workouts include equipment free workouts and workouts that will include hand weights, the pilates ball, pilates ring and both the long and loop resistance bands.

I agree that I am voluntarily participating in this virtual training. I agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries which I might incur as a result of participating in these sessions. I will monitor my own safety and fitness level as per my agreement upon signing up for my membership.
