I combine an amazing mix of PILATES, MASSAGE and hands on STRETCH and RELEASE work in your personalised program in order for you to reach your goals. Through your personalised program, you will feel stronger, stand taller and improve your posture, ease out your aches and pains amongst many other benefits.

Through my one-to-one pilates wellness program, i use an awesome combination of pilates based exercises, hands on or guided stretching and massage, all to help you to get stronger and release tight muscles and tense areas helping you to move, sit and stand with ease. We start with the basics for those at a beginner level, or for those who need a recap in order for you to both work safely for your body and also to enable you to get the most out of each and every exercise. New exercises are introduced gradually and adapted where needed, progressing onto more intermediate exercises. My program is suitable for EVERYBODY who would like to invest in their health and bring balance to the body and the mind. I LOVE using small equipment to help my lovely clients maximise their pilates workout, such as the small pilates ball, resistance band, pilates rings, foam roller and hand weights to name a few.
