How long we retain your data

We retain data for as long as it is required for business insurance purposes.  All information is required while members are actively engaged in our services. All the information you provide is kept securely by SK Bodyworks on CloudStudio and intake health consultation forms will be kept securely by Wix and will not be shared with third parties. Data we collect from you

In order to use SK Bodyworks services, you must sign up and pay for a membership. To do this we require personal information including your name, email, phone number, date of birth, emergency contact information and information on your health status. This information is collected and stored securely by Suzannah King from on Wix or on Google Drive for your health consultation form and on BookWhen to book your classes. The Payment gateway used for all membership payments is either by GoCardless or Stripe.  This is essential for processing recurring monthly online payments.

Suzannah at SK Bodyworks does not access or keep any financial information about you.


Email enquiries and memberships

If you enquire about a service (including a free trial) via our website, phone or email, your  Name, Email and Phone number  will be stored so we can respond to the enquiry.  If you enquire about SK Bodyworks services, sign up for any of the membership options or the 7 day free trial, your email address will automatically be added to our mailing list for essential correspondence about classes, memberships and other information regarding SK Bodyworks.  You can unsubscribe automatically from this by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter you receive.  Or by requesting your removal by email to



We use MailChimp to manage our email subscriber list and to send emails to our subscribers. Mailchimp is a third-party provider, which may process your data using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter.  You can unsubscribe from our newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the end of each newsletter.
