Stretch and Release
For all levels. Perfect when you are after more of a stretchy kind of workout and if you are feeling a little stiffness through your back or through your shoulders. Brilliant to do when you wake up to start the day, before you go to bed to help you unwind and equally great to do in the middle of the day if you need a break from your desk.
