If you are ready to add pilates, or more pilates, into your week, but you're tight on time or budget, then SK Bodyworks online studio is for you. We have a weekly mat online class, a selection of class packs recorded from our online classes, and challenges and courses (coming soon). ​

Adding in pilates into your week will be an amazing addition to classes you're already taking, whether that is mat or reformer classes, and regular pilates can help enhance your strength training, running, or other activities etc.

Online Live Mat Pilates Classes - $80 Monthly Membership
Come and join our live online classes on Wednesdays at 8.30am ( Tuesday 7.30pm UK time).
Our classes are for those at an improver to intermediate level, and we use a variety of small props such as the pilates ball, long bands and hand weights in our classes, helping to strengthen our muscles, ease achey backs, feel more mobile and less stiff, and to help us feel great for our everyday life.

You membership includes your live online classes via GoogleMeets, plus access to your recordings whilst you are a member. If you miss a class, no problem, you can catch up at a more suitable time with your class recording.

Self Paced Online Courses
Explore our self paced courses to help improve your health and wellness. We use a combination of mat based pilates, stretching, mobility exercises, as well as self massage and relaxation techniques to help you with your goals.

Freedom & Flow
In this self paced course, we slow it right down to help calm the nervous system, lower our stress levels through pilates based movement, self massage, and breathing and relaxation techniques.

Let's un round those shoulders and stand taller with our 6 week Posture Reset Course. We combine a mix of pilates, stretch & moblity exercises, plus self massage techniques.
