Welcome to SK Bodyworks Online Studio

We have live online weekly mat pilates classes, online 1:1 pilates classes, pilates challenges, and courses where we fuse together pilates, stretching and self massage to help you with your health and wellness goals.

Monthly Membership

Come and join our weekly online live pilates class. All you need is your mat, Wi-Fi, room to move, and some small pieces of equipment. You will have access to a library of classes for when you can't make your class or to add more pilates into your week at no extra cost.

Private 1:1 Online Pilates Classes

Our online 1:1 classes are personilised just for you, your body, and your goals. We can work together to get you stronger, more confident, less achy and stiff, and all without leaving your home. Sessions range from express 30 mins to 60 min
