Welcome to our Pilates For Beginners 4 week course. This course is suitable for those who are new to pilates, or if you have done pilates before but you would like to go back to the foundations. Each week you will have three videos to complete. You are welcome to repeat a week as many times as you like before continuing onto the next week. Each video will have a focus such as full body, lower or upper body, or mobility and stretch. You are also welcome to mix the videos up within each week and complete on a day and time that suits you. Each week, we add progressions and new exercises to help you further the benefits of pilates. Within the introduction, you will find videos to help you to understand the foundations and positioning of your body, as well as modifications and tips should you need help with the exercises. You will need: - an exercise mat - pilates ball 25cm - long resistance bands - cushion - small folded towel or book
