Let's create some healthy movement habits together in my upcoming Movement Reset challenge.

How does it work?

Over the four weeks, we will aim to fit in some movement each day to help create healthy habits. I have selected a mix of pilates based movement videos for you to complete at a time that fits into your schedule.

​

Each week, you will have my suggested 7 videos to complete at a time that suits you. You are welcome to complete all the videos in the order given, mix them up, choose certain videos only, or skip if you are already attending classes, going for a run etc. You will have a variety of videos to choose from, such as mobility focus for when you feel your back needs a little tlc, to lower body or core focused workout for when you have more energy. I have also included some movement snacks for you for when you are short on time.

If you feel you need a break, that is fine too. It is important to listen to your body. On the days you feel tired or heavy, maybe do some gentle exercises such as cats and cows, or plug your headphones in and go for a walk. Any movement will be great for your body and it will still help you to create some healthy movement habits.​

What do i need?

You will need your mat and room to move, a pilates ball and long resistance bands (from week two), a cushion, and optional small hand weights.

​

Is this challenge suitable for me?

All the videos a pre recorded pilates workouts aimed at those who have done some pilates before, currently attending pilates or other exercise classes, and are fit and healthy to exercise. Some of the videos unfortunately will not suitable if you have any acute or chronic injuries or health conditions, pregnant, or newly postnatal.

Pilates is a safe and low impact form of exercise, but as with all exercise, certain movements may be contraindicated or may need to be modified for you. If you are unsure about your suitability, please reach out and send me a message.
