Back To Basics

Friday 22nd August at 12.30pm

Lets delve into the what the foundations and principles of pilates are in my 2 hour workshop. If you find pilates easy, not sure what neutral is or how to find it, confused about breathing, or perhaps you want to deepen your understanding of pilates exercises, then this workshop is for you.

Reverse Your Slouch

We focus on un rounding those shoulders in this upper body focused workshop. We combine self massage, mobility and strength exercises, as well as stretches to help you to improve your posture.

Freedom and Flow - Head to Toe

A mindful movement class combining pilates based exercises, self massage, as well as stretches to help release tension, ease out stiffness and feel totally awesome from head to toe as we work through the whole body using resistance bands, foam rollers and trigger point balls.

 

C-Section Self Care
