We are a home based studio located in Waimauku, NorthWest of Auckland, NZ. We are open between 9am - 3pm Mon-Fri, with a reduced schedule during the school holidays. We will always try and fit everyone in at a time that suits, so please reach out should you wish to make an appointment outside of these hours.

Please note, that due to being a home based studio, appointments are open to females only.

To book your first pilates session, either group or private class, get in touch today. If you have any acute or chronic health conditions, injuries, or you would like to chat about your needs and goals, then reach out to book in a free 15 min consultaion either in person at the studio, online via video chat, or call/message.
