Lets move your body in a safe, warm, and friendly environment, right here in Waimauku. Welcome to SK Bodyworks Pilates Studio.
In our classes we fuse both classical and cotemporaryy pilates, stretches and mobility exercises, as well as a litte self massage.
In our small group mat pilates classes we use small pieces of equipment such as the pilates ball and ring, small hand weights, long and loop resistance bands. Our group classes hold a maximum of 4 people per class, and just 3 in our chair and standing class. This allows me to give plenty of attention so you can work safely, ask questions, feel totally awesome all within a friendly and non judgemental space.

If you are interested and you're in need of a more personalised experience, then my private 1:1 classes are for you. Specific exercises are chosen for you to help you reach your goals faster using both MAT pilates exercises as well as as the REFORMER.

Your private 1:1 pilates classes will be held at my private home studio space in Waimauku.

Our classes are both mat & reformer based with the use of small equipment, such as long reistance bands, balls, weights, pads, pilates ring, to name just a few. Your sessions are personalised just for you, your needs and your goals and we will work together to help you achieve these goals.

If you would LOVE to feel stronger all over, especially in your tummy muscles, ease your lower back ache, improve your posture and help with back tension, or if you are rehabbing an injury and you have been told to do pilates, then get in touch for chat and see if we can work to together in getting you back to where you want to be.

Allow me to help you to feel stronger, ease out your aches and pains and reduce stiffness in your body. Pilates is a wonderful low impact form of exercise suitable for all ages and abilities.

We have classes running on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with an online live class on Wednesday.​

All classes are currently for those with experience of pilates. If you are new to pilates or have any acute or chronic injuries or conidtions, 1:1 sessions will be needed before potentially joining a group class.

Classes are bought in class packs which reserves your space in your chosen class.
