55 Minute Mat Pilates Classes
Improver to Intermediate Level
On Demand
These classes have been recorded from our live online pilates classes where we fuse both contemporary and classical pilates, to help you to build strength and mobility, and to help you to feel your best.
​
Who is this for? For those at an intermediate level or for those attending pilates classes for at least 6 months.
Perfect if you already attend other classes, run, cycle, attend yoga or strength classes with no injuries.
​
Option 1: Five 55 minute classes with no equipment.
​
Option 2: Ten 55 minute classes using small equipment such as the long resistance band, ball, and hand weights.
​
Perfect to fit into your schedule at a time that suits you.

Feel a bit unmotivated to move? Feeling a little creeky and stiff? Would you love to create some lovely movement habits?

Then my 4 week movement reset is for you.
​
Over 28 days, we aim to add a little movement into each and every day to help us to create some healthy movement habits which we can then implement into our every day life.
​
Each day over 28 days, we will aim to add some movement in. Whether that be an exercise class, a walk, some stretching, or one of my on demand Pilates based videos.

This course will be yours to keep and to repeat whenever you need to, or join us for our movement reset starting November 1st. Having like minded people to help keep you motivated and on the right path will help to keep you on track. Are you in?
