Matwork Pilates Classes

Bringing small group mat based pilates classes to Waimauku.

Allow me to help you to feel stronger, ease out your aches and pains and reduce stiffness in your body. Pilates is a wonderful low impact form of exercise suitable for all ages and abilities. 

New to pilates? No worries. I currently have two classes suitable for those at a beginners levels or for those who have done pilates before but would like to go back to the basics. I would recommend booking a discounted 1:1 pilates session to go over the foundations of pilates before your first group class. This will allow you to understand the foundations and how to include them within the exercises helping you to work safely and get the most of your classes.

Have experience of pilates before? Fantasic! My improver to intermediate level class is for you. We work at a faster pace and i will work you harder and challenge you more as we progress through the exercises. Different options will be given for some of the exercises, so you can work to your level and ability.

All my classes will run in blocks alongside the school term times. Classes are taken on a weekly basis in order to help you to progress and achieve your goals in feeling stronger, feeling less stiff and achy, to help you to move more with ease, and most importantly, helping you to feel GREAT!

Group classes are open to women and men.

If you are new SK Bodyworks, then please get in touch for a chat. A health form must be filled out prior to your class.

Class Information

Classes are mainly taken during the school term time, with the odd class during the holidays.

Classes run in pre paid blocks made payable before the commencement of your first class. We work in blocks to help you to get the most out of your classes, so can progress and meet your goals. If you are unable to make your usual class, then you can attend another class as a make up class instead. 

 

Investment: $100 for the 5 week block of weekly classes. You are able to swap classes around and attend another class should you be unable to make your usual class.

You first class is FREE if you are new to SK Bodyworks. Should you enjoy your class, then you can sign up and pay for the remaining weeks.
